Community Services reports 25% recreation growth, new communications tools planned

Bartholomew said she manages social media, a monthly newsletter, an electronic reader board and Text My Gov, and is leading a website transition. She emphasized continuing efforts to promote a healthy community through events, Youth City Council programming and monthly senior lunches.
