City engineer reports progress on Waterfront Expansion and sewer projects
City engineer Larry Turner reported that the Arcola Waterfront Expansion ring wall is installed and the sanitary sewer lift station No. 3 rehabilitation is in dewatering; the Freshwater 1 expansion permit draft was released by TCEQ and design for a capacity expansion (1.4→1.8) is about 70% complete.
