During the workshop, the council reviewed the November municipal operations and consultant report. Staff reported counts of delinquent water and sewer accounts and summarized revenue results; as one presenter reported, "we filled out 7,000,480, which was at a 100% accountability," and staff said the sewer plan is "operating at 33% remaining capacity."
