District Counsel opened a public hearing on Resolution 2024-08, the district’s determination of benefit and imposition of special assessments for fiscal year 2024/25. Mrs. Adams closed the hearing after no affected property owners or members of the public spoke, and the board voted to adopt the resolution as amended to delete all references to 'Exhibit B.'
