A development representative presented the proposed 615 Broadway (referred to in discussion as "615 Bridal") mixed‑use project to the Kingston Arts Commission, describing three connected buildings with roughly 70 residential units and commercial fronting Broadway. The presenter said the project includes an area called the "Deep Listening Plaza," described the project massing as generally 3 stories along Broadway with 5‑story tower elements, and told commissioners the team is waiting for state brownfield cleanup program approval. "The site is very lightly contaminated, with VOCs," the presenter said when asked about contamination and remediation needs.
