The board recessed to closed session at 8:07 p.m. to consider existing and anticipated litigation matters under Government Code §54956.9. After reconvening at 8:45 p.m., District Counsel Norma Copado reported that the board had received briefings and approved settlement agreements and authority on a set of matters.
