Administrator Teresa Hill requested authorization to advertise requests for proposals for architectural services for two potential 2026 projects: a police department garage and a library remodel. Council discussed whether projects could be scaled or completed in phases and whether the firm working on the Fire Hall (BKV) might provide discounts for multiple projects. Council approved advertising the RFPs by unanimous vote.
