The Lynden City Council approved a professional services agreement with Reichhardt & Ebe Engineering to complete a feasibility study for the 1st and Graver Street intersection. The study will evaluate feasibility, right-of-way implications and approximate costs for adding a dedicated left-turn lane on the north leg; the contract is capped at $49,879.81. The Public Works Committee reviewed and recommended the agreement; the council authorized the mayor to sign after a 7-0 vote.
