Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer moved and Commissioner James Shook seconded a motion to modify the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) Indigent Defense Grant No. 2023/2024‑ID‑ST‑44295. The modification moves funds among line items for year three of the grant and accepts an additional $95,295 for year four. The board unanimously authorized Chairman Commissioner Brian W. Smith to electronically sign the agreement.
