The Butler County Planning Commission moved to approve the Pullman Recreation Complex land-development plan (#26068) for Butler City on March 18, but the approval was conditional: commissioners required either submission of City of Butler review comments or a formal letter from the city deferring review. The plan covers artificial turf and additional parking; staff requested a lighting plan, a landscape plan and clarification on the trash enclosure location before final county sign-off.
