The Kay County Excise Board recorded the following actions on July 14, 2026: approval of the June 29, 2026 minutes; a Certificate of Contributions of $80.00 to the Kay County Health Department (M&O, July 2026); reimbursements to the General Fund of $17,261.16 (Unappropriated Court, June 2026) and $562.96 (Election Board, May 2026); and a consolidated Cash Fund Estimate of Needs and Request for Appropriations covering highway, district road, bond, sales tax and multiple program funds. Each motion passed with Yeas from Chairman Jeff Wilson, Member Rod Reese and Vice-Chairman Christy Kennedy.
