The Plan Commission pulled one consent agenda item to allow registrants to speak and then moved to refer that item to the Commission's next meeting on Aug. 31. The item (Legistar 93276) concerns conditional use approvals for construction of a new middle school building at 502 Flom/Flam Road (described in staff text as "Senate Middle School") including conditional uses for increased parking, development adjacent to a city park, and for construction within a campus institutional CI district without a campus master plan.
