By motion of Councilmember Dittrich, seconded by Councilmember Harvey, the New Baltimore City Council approved a site plan extension for Ridgepointe Estates at the July 6 meeting. The extension was requested by project engineer Robert DeVuyst and extends the site's approval through May 10, 2027.
