At its July 20 meeting the Avon Redevelopment Commission approved the June 15 minutes, a Structurepoint fee amendment for the Civic Center, and Resolution 2026-04 pledging TIF for HOPA 2 Bonds; commissioners also discussed the Avon Logistics TIF Bond #2 with no formal action recorded.

The Avon Redevelopment Commission convened July 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Avon Town Hall. Commissioners Bill Reed (President), Dave Kauffman (Vice President), John Hanks (Member), Shelby Farthing (Member) and Bob Culler (Secretary) were present along with Town Manager Ryan Cannon, Council Liaison Steve Eisenbarth and Legal Counsel Anna Cron. The record shows the commission approved the minutes from June 15, 2026, by a 5-0 vote.
