The commission agreed the proposed vertical addition at 22 Shanshore Road need not add a large dry well but asked for splash guards and conditions on any visible roof discharge; the applicant's engineer said site access and terraced decks made a centralized dry well infeasible.

The commission continued review of an RDA for 22 Shanshore Road and accepted a revised plan that removes a previously proposed large dry well. Bridal Nelson of Arbelbach Associates explained the site constraints: steep terraces, multiple decks and lack of machine access meant the dry well shown on earlier plans was not feasible.
