Under miscellaneous business the board revisited a previously tabled proposal to repeal the Eaton County animal control ordinance. Controller Dawson said the idea had not been discussed with administration beforehand and warned that a sudden repeal proposal creates uncertainty for staff and departments; he recommended the board not act immediately.
