Harshman CE Group presented a written Township Engineer's Report included in the meeting packet that lists active projects across roads, stormwater, sanitary sewer and land development. Items include approved sewage planning for the 2024 Starr Subdivision, review of Kopko No. 1 Subdivision, GP-7 permit preparation for culvert replacement on Miller Road, base mapping and easement work for a Logpile Run/Weirich Avenue MS4 stream restoration, and Act 537 wastewater management planning coordinated with WEWJA.
The report also notes the SR 844 sanitary sewer lining project is on hold pending further information from WEWJA; several land-development submissions (The Dales at Canton PRD, Brickridge Estates Phase IV) remain in review; Washington Penn Plastics grading permit awaits execution of a legal agreement; and Harshman is maintaining GIS maps for the township. The engineer's report is the primary source for the list of active work; board motions in the meeting authorized Harshman to pursue certain grants and acknowledged the report.
