The Hancock County Board of Commissioners voted 3-0 on April 14 to establish a new fund for the Probate Court titled the "Probate Court Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Program Fund" under Resolution #241-26. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner William Bateson and seconded by Commissioner Timothy Bechtol.
