Resident says Kellner Ditch crews trespassed and asks county for documents
LaGrange resident Dan Wilson told the Lorain County commissioners he believes crews have worked on his land without a legal right-of-way for 17 months and urged the county to post final hearing letters and ditch plans on its website; he described the stated reasons for delay as a 'smoke screen.'

During the Aug. 11 meeting a resident raised disputes over the Kellner Ditch project, saying crews have worked on his property without an established legal right-of-way and that his land has been rendered "unsafe and unusable" since crews trespassed in March 2025. "It's been 17 months now since the crews initially trespassed on my property and started to work," Dan Wilson told the commissioners during the agenda-item public comment period.
