Harshman CE Group (HCEG) provided a written engineering update included in the meeting materials. The report notes a new submission for The Dales at Canton (review pending), conditional preliminary approval for Brick Ridge Estates Phase 4 awaiting developer submissions, Running Brook under construction, and planning work for West Wylie Park including a DCED grant submittal for Phase 1 improvements. The report also lists MS4 stream-restoration coordination, Rex Road slide geotechnical work, Lacock Street hazardous-walking traffic study submitted to PennDOT, Miller Road improvements permits and ongoing GIS services.
