Planning board extends Spring Street time clock, pushes review to October
The board unanimously agreed Aug. 4 to extend the statutory review clock for the Spring Street administrative-subdivision/modification application to Oct. 31, after the applicant narrowed its requests and said it was coordinating drainage and design with Fall River officials.
