The proposed building footprint is 5,029 square feet.
Chairman Steve Winterstein moved to add Graystone to the agenda before the board considered the conditional approval; Supervisor Brian Kustaborder seconded, and the board approved the agenda addition and the conditional approval by voice votes of 4-0. The minutes record the engineer's involvement and the waiver request as conditions of final sign-off.
