Council reviewed the proposed renewal of an IT-services agreement with Quick Computer Services for fiscal year 25-26 and directed staff to solicit bids instead of renewing the contract. Georgina told the council there are CJIS compliance and server security issues the current provider may not fully address, and staff have been consulting a reserve police officer knowledgeable in IT to assess needs.
