Council adopts BCDC small-business retention program on final reading

The council on Aug. 11 completed a second and final reading of the Small Business Retention Program developed through the Bee Cave Development Corporation and approved the program with no changes.
A BCDC representative told the council that no changes were made since the first reading and that staff would answer any follow-up questions; there were no public comments on the item. A councilmember moved and seconded approval, and the council approved the final reading unanimously.
Quote: "This is the final reading for the small business retention program from the BCDC," the BCDC representative said.
