Quebrada requested a temporary loading zone near 204–208 Mass Ave to accommodate deliveries during a nearby construction‑related bus stop relocation. Town Manager James Feeney recommended against permanent changes tied to a temporary relocation and noted staff had not yet engaged all nearby businesses; he said it was "not great practice to consider making a permanent change based on what is a temporary condition."
