Select Board directs manager and counsel to prepare comments on draft CSO control plan

Select Board member Diane Mahan moved that the board direct the town manager and town counsel to draft potential comments on the updated combined sewer overflow control plan and return a final draft to the Select Board on September 14 so it can be voted and submitted within the state comment window. Mahan noted varying reported deadlines and said she had been told they ranged from Sept. 15 to Sept. 30; the board agreed the manager should coordinate staff comments and return the draft for review.
