The Paris City Council on June 8 awarded demolition contracts to Joe Razmus Demolition & Excavating Service for two properties. The council approved a $16,216 bid to demolish 702 Douglas and a $7,890 bid to demolish 607 Hunt; Commissioner Griffin moved the first and Commissioner Branson seconded the second, and both motions carried on unanimous roll-call votes.
