The Bandera City Council approved hiring the treasurer previously discussed as a part-time, temporary employee after the meeting returned to open session at 8:40 p.m. The motion to hire the treasurer "that Jill has been speaking about as part time as a part time employee" was moved by a council member and seconded; the presiding officer recorded "1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in favor" with no opposition, and the motion passed.
