At the Sept. 15 meeting the Motley County ISD Board of Trustees approved an Independent Contractor Agreement with Postech, represented in the minutes as Robert Smith, to provide network and technology services to the district. Trustee Brian Marshall moved the contract approval, Trustee Tanya Multer seconded, and the minutes record "Motion carried 6/0."
