Council considered Resolution No. 26‑03 and moved to deny SWEPCO's request for approval of its proposed "Electric Service‑Large Load Contract" tariff. Mayor Pro Tem Mark Huddleston moved for denial; Councilwoman Rebecca Bailey seconded the motion and it passed with all members present voting in favor.
