Board members reviewed construction close‑out items after the recent bond projects. Trustees were told the construction manager at risk received final payment and the district now owns and is maintaining completed facilities. The superintendent noted warranty expirations and cited an example: "We spent $14,300,000 and you get a 1 year warranty," and discussed follow‑up with the contractor on items such as locked doors, restroom stalls and paint that is peeling in the crow's nest.
