After hearing multiple public comments about unconfirmed practice times and limited communication during the district’s transition to the Bound reservation system, the board debated whether to add a community-level objective specifically about facility reservations. A board member moved that the board "monitor and support the administration to improve satisfaction with the facility reservation process," a motion seconded and approved by the board.
