The Moulton City Council voted to develop a Contractor's Permit that will not charge a permit fee. Mayor Pro Tem Craig Hughes moved the proposal and Councilmember Roberta Mejias seconded; the roll call was Hughes yes, Nieto yes, Moeller no, Mejias yes, producing a 3-1 vote in favor.
