Fiona Webb Davis told the council her father, John Davis, was sent home by the city secretary on March 20 and later given a termination letter without an exit interview or neutral representative present. "That woman rolled her eyes, spoke over my father, and raised her voice saying, 'you're always right and everyone else is wrong,' blatantly dismissing him," Webb Davis said during public comment.
