Members of the Village of Cold Spring Planning Board reviewed written responses to the board's inquiries about the YourTrail/George Trail project and concluded the replies largely restated the original information without substantive engagement. One board member said the responses 'mirrored our more complaints' and that it 'seems to be a lot of kind of box checking.'
