Trustees approve Community Eligibility Provision for Pre-K and elementary campuses
The Moody ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously May 12 to enroll Pre-K and elementary campuses in the Community Eligibility Provision for the 2025–26 school year, allowing free meals for all students at participating campuses under federal reimbursement rules.

The Moody Independent School District Board of Trustees voted May 12 to approve participation of the Pre-K and elementary campuses in the federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2025–26 school year. Trustee Mac Fairey moved to approve the measure, and Trustee Smith seconded; the motion passed with trustees Alton, Fairey, Newman and Smith voting yes.
