Chase Spore presented a data-driven critique of recent code-enforcement activity, saying a review of CitizensServe records for a 90-day period ending July 23 showed 112 high-growth violations and 97 parking-on-unimproved-surface violations, which he said accounted for roughly two-thirds of new violations in that window.
