Staff presented the results of an RFP process for ERP consulting services: 32 firms were invited and five proposals were received (ConsultEd Inc, Agisto Resources, Integrated Technology Partners, Plante Moran, WKU Consultancy). The evaluation team interviewed the top three and recommended Addisto Resources to provide needs assessment, RFP development, vendor selection, and implementation/project management services; staff said the estimated cost for the consulting work was $316,580 and that some actual expenses would be billed as work proceeds.
