Douglas County approves ELC Acres final plat and prelim. Thomas Second Addition

The owners and subdividers for the Thomas plat were recorded as the Jeffrey R Thomas Living Trust and the Chris A Juettner Revocable Living Trust, with subdividers Jeffrey Thomas and Mark and Chris Juettner.
Both motions passed by unanimous vote. The approvals move the plats forward through the county’s subdivision and development process; the minutes do not contain conditions or engineering contingencies beyond standard plat approvals recorded in the meeting file.
