After split vote, Douglas County approves five opioid-response grants

A follow-up motion, made by Commissioner Shane Schmidt and seconded by Commissioner Jeff Way, passed 5–0 to approve five grants: Bridgeway Career Learning Program ($55,764); Douglas County Jail ($68,447.89); Solutions Behavioral Health ($146,360); Unity Recovery ($10,000); and West Central MN Communities Action ($35,000).
