Planning Board approves Clean as a Whisker relocation to 204 Remsen Street
Owners of Clean as a Whisker LLC told the Planning Board they will relocate and expand their pet-boarding operation to 204 Remsen Street, increasing boarding capacity from two suites to four–six; the board approved the change-of-use application with on-street parking noted as incidental.

The Cohoes Planning Board approved a change-of-use/new-tenant application allowing Clean as a Whisker LLC to relocate from 237 Remsen Street to 204 Remsen Street and expand its boarding capacity. Owners Steve and Debra Williams told the board they will maintain the same business operation but increase boarding from two suites to "4 to 6 boarding spaces" using a temporary interior wall; on-street parking will handle drop-offs and pick-ups.
