Steve Napier proposed that four small parcels in the 10.67 block (#10.67-6-15; #10.67-6-16; #10.67-6-17; #10.67-6-5), totaling 0.09 acres, be declared not needed for municipal purposes. Mayor Keeler moved the declaration, and Treasurer Jim Bouchard seconded; the motion passed.
