The Ottawa County Board of Commissioners on July 14 adopted Resolution No. 26-18, designating and authorizing the members of the board as signatories for electronic and hard-copy documents associated with the Water Pollution Control loan fund to be administered through the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
