Commissioner Stewart moved and Commissioner Ramos seconded to approve the listed permits; the motion passed with all voting in favor. The minutes list the approved applications: ET Gathering & Processing LLC (pipeline) on CR C2500/C2600/C2801; Deep Blue Operating I LLC (pipeline) on CR B3551/B3501/C3201/C3301; and Riverton Holdings LLC (driveway) located on B2600.
