The Constable (Precinct 4) presented operational data and personnel requests, telling commissioners the office recorded roughly 20,023 CAD events in the period reviewed and urged vehicle replacements to retire high-mileage units. “We're asking for 5 vehicles this year on the replacement,” he said, and noted a request for a closed‑cab Polaris-style UTV for off-road, parade and event duty.
