The commission approved a state grant contract of $585,000 to the Juvenile Court to implement a Safe Baby Court program serving infants and toddlers at risk of Department of Children’s Services involvement. The contract covers July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 and is intended to provide family‑centered resources such as housing and transportation assistance and other supports to keep young children safe and with their families when possible.
