The Trappe Town Council voted unanimously on Nov. 5, 2025, to lock in a 24-month fixed electric supply rate after a presentation by Richard Anderson of CQI Associates. Anderson warned that if the town does not enter a new contract when its current agreement expires in December, the town would default to Delmarva Power's rates.
