Two formal motions were recorded at the work session: (1) a motion to approve the agendas for the URA and city council, which was seconded and approved by voice vote, and (2) motions to adjourn each body that passed by unanimous voice vote. There were no final votes to authorize property purchase or to change Ordinance 9-21 during the session.
