Interim manager Lisa Perring explained the town is applying to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Division of Housing for a $50,000 predevelopment grant to support the Rangely Duplex project on three lots. Perring told the council the application required listing prior expenditures (appraisal and closing costs) and that ‘‘the most we will get is the 50,000’’ and that she doubts the town will need to spend additional town funds for the predevelopment phase.
