Engineer: sewer relining CDS grant still pending; bids possible Jan–Feb 2026

Lee Beckman, Village Engineer, reported at the Oct. 6 meeting that the CDS grant for sewer relining is still awaiting approval. He said the village's application sits fifth below the available funding line and that his office has had difficulty reaching the grant agency to clarify timing.
